1. The rule, in one line
The challenge is digital content unlocked in full the moment you pay. That is why, by buying, you agree delivery starts immediately and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Even so, if something fails on our side, we refund you.
2. When we refund
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: full refund, always.
- You could not access the content because of a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix: full refund.
- The product is not as described on this site: your statutory conformity rights apply and this policy does not limit them.
- Accidental purchase you never used: write within 14 calendar days. If our records show you have not opened the lessons or downloaded the materials, we refund you even though we are not obliged to.
3. When it does not apply
- When you have already opened the lessons or downloaded the workbook and simply changed your mind.
- When the reason is not having achieved a particular sporting result — the programme is training, not a handicap promise.
- When acceptable use has been breached (sharing credentials, redistributing material).
4. How to request it
Write to contact@golfplanspain.com from the email you bought with, or use the contact form, telling us:
- The purchase email.
- The approximate payment date.
- What happened.
We normally reply the same working day. Where a refund applies, we process it through Stripe back to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it. Refunding revokes access to the paid content.
5. Ask before you buy
We would rather answer a question than refund a purchase. If you are not sure the challenge fits your level, your course or the time you have, ask through the form and we will tell you straight — even if the answer is not to buy it.
6. Relation to the other conditions
This policy complements the Terms and conditions and does not limit the rights Spanish and EU consumer law gives you.
